Perfluoroelastomers (FFKM)

ZB2460 is our general purpose perfluoroelastomer. This compound is best suited for those aggressive environments that do not exceed 250°C. Specify our ZB2460 series when your applications demand cost savings, chemical resistance and superior physical properties:

ZB2470 is our high-temperature perfluoroelastomer. Engineers now have a material that provides the high temperature resistance of a triazine-cured material with the outstanding chemical resistance and physical properties of a peroxide-cured material. This outstanding performance stems from the proprietary "Branching & Pseudo-Living" polymerization technology, which allows for the creation of additional cross-links in the polymer's molecular structure.

ZC2475 is our line of clear, inorganic-free perfluoroelastomers. A proprietary polymerization process (similar to the branching & pseudo-living technology) produces nano-sized particles that fall below current detection methods. Additionally, ZC2475 material lacks the typical fillers found in other elastomeric seals. The absence of these fillers eliminates the problem of significant leachables and extractables common with other perfluoroelastomers.

ZB320 perfluoroelastomer was designed for use in AMS 7257C aerospace applications as well as in chemical processing and applications requiring excellent thermal resistance.

Fluoroelastomers (FKM)

X2000 Series is based on Dupont's "Viton® Extreme" or Viton® ETP family of fluoroelastomers. The unique polymer structure of their ethylene, TFE and PMVE give X2000 the broadest fluid resistance of any fluoroelastomer.
